Yoga

Yoga is great for first responders for several reasons. It improves flexibility and helps improve muscular endurance which is important for first responders to help them perform well on the job and reduce your risk of having a cardiac event. Another benefit is that yoga is a stress reliever. Relieving stress in your life can bring on lots of health benefits including: better sleep, blood pressure, and weight loss.
