Self-care might look a little different these days.  These days it might be finding time to care of basic and finding creative ways to fill your own “cup.

Take a shower.Rest, nap, get some sleep when you need it.Remember to make time to eat.
Find ways to stay active.Virtually connect with friends and family. Stay connected!Get outside. Fresh air can do wonders!
Stop watching the news if it is creating more anxiety for you.Ask for support.Stay informed with credible sources.
Practice gratitude – what is one thing you can feel grateful for today?Mindfulness – focus on one day at a time.Focus on what is within your control.

Are there other things that bring you joy or give your brain a break?  Are you a reader?  Is there a favorite TV show that you are watching?  Do you like to cook?  Are you a gamer?  Do you play an instrument?  Finding time to do these things can serve as ways to take care of yourself as well.
